A plumber is a mechanical repair and installing vocational trade. The duration of trade is one year, with two semesters of six months each. Trade comprises some of the topics like installing or maintaining heating systems, repairing sanitation systems, fitting domestic appliances, installing air-conditioning units, fitting bathrooms, and emergency repairs. There are many ITIs in the country offering this trade because it has great scope in terms of work. After passing trade, they can work in different areas such as heating and ventilation, refrigeration and air-conditioning, gas servicing, and kitchen and bathroom fitting. Students will have many job opportunities in the construction industry, as there is a lot of plumbing work there.
