Program Overview

• Harnessing electrical energy is a challenge for electrical engineers. The power-packed EE department inspires the budding Electrical Engineers with the potent idea of constructing Generating Stations, Transmission Lines, and Distribution Systems at economic rates and to design, test, and supervise the manufacture of Electrical and Electronic equipment used in electrical utilities, buildings, automobiles, air-crafts, radar, navigation systems, and broadcast and communication systems.

Scope of Course

• This field has opportunities in power distribution companies, power plants, railways, metro rails, the aviation sector, and, the manufacturing sector. Also, various government organizations like SAIL (Steel Authority of India Limited), BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electronics Limited), ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Company), PGCIL (Power Grid Corporation of India Limited), DRDO (Defense Research and Development Organization) and many others offer exciting job opportunities to Electrical Engineering graduates.

Eligibility

10th and 12th in non medical with atleast 45% in Physics,Chemistry,Math or medical with Math with atleast  45% and for reserved category minimum 40% in Physics,Chemistry,Math or medical with Math with atleast 40%

Eligibility for LEET

10th with one OR two year ITI and two Year diploma in any stream with minimum 45% and for SC 40% OR 10th and 12th in non medical /Medical with two Year diploma in any stream with minimum 45% and for SC 40% OR 10th with three Year diploma in any stream with minimum 45% and for SC 40% with gap certificate if student has any gap after last qualification and Migration
