Program Overview

Diploma in Computer Science Engineering is a program of study that offers students training in the field of technology, sometimes specializing in server configuration, computer connections, network installation, and user management. While working towards the diploma, students may be required to collect and analyze data on the information processing needs of computer users and perform processing and modeling using the proper computer software.

Scope

After successful completion of the Diploma in Computer Engineering course, candidates will be able to work in different career fields both in private and public sectors.

These sectors may include multinational organizations, network fields, academic institutes, the aerospace sector, defense sector, healthcare companies, retail companies, agriculture sectors, manufacturing companies, testing companies, development areas, maintenance, etc.

Major job profiles include web designer, programmer, technical writer, networking expert, mobile computing expert, system analyst, software engineer, operations executive, cloud architect, and SaaS architect, system administrator, mobile application developer, network administrator, etc.

After the course, a candidate is also eligible for taking up the higher degree course in the same stream or any other specialization in any particular stream.

Eligibility

Admission to Diploma Level courses(except Diploma Course in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering)shall be made on the basis of merit of the subjects Math Science and English with overall status Pass in Matriculation examinations with minimum 45% and for SC 40% , gap certificate if student has any gap after last qualification and Migration

Eligibility for LEET Course

Admission to Diploma Level courses(except Diploma Course in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering)shall be made on the basis of merit of the subjects Physics,Chemistry,Math/Biology with overall status Pass in Matriculation examinations and Pass in 12th examinations with minimum 45% and for SC 40% OR Matriculation examinations and Pass in one OR two years ITI examinations with minimum 45% and for SC 40% with gap certificate if student has any gap after last qualification and Migration
