Program Overview

The Master in Hotel Management & Catering Technology (MHMCT), is a two years postgraduate Hospitality Management Degree course. It’s a service-oriented course, which develops the human service resource to fulfill the requirements of the Hospitality Industry.

The course is designed to improve the professional management techniques used in the hospitality sector. This course also inculcates the necessity entrepreneurship skills in candidates and they can run their own business.

The study is focused on theoretical and practical aspects of Principles and Techniques in an academic discipline such as Quality Services & Operation Management, Research & Quantitative Method, Human Resource Management & Industrial Relation, Financial & Management Accounting, Tourism Entrepreneurship, and Innovation Management, Tourism & Hospitality Marketing, International Hospitality Business, Strategic Planning and Management in Tourism, Hospitality Business, Decision Making Under Uncertainty, Property Management, Event Planning & Management, Food & Beverage management.
