SVGOI, an institute of excellence, inspiring value-based education, research and development, is witnessing a beeline of companies during the ongoing campus recruitment at its Chandigarh-Patiala National Highway Campus. So far, over 160 companies have visited the campus to offer lucrative deals to the students of 2014-18 batches. About 100+ of these companies are well-known Multi National Companies (MNCs) across varied sectors such as IT & ITES, FMCG & Consumer Durables, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Automobile, Education, Media, Research, Financial Services, Clinical Research, Real Estate, BPO & KPO and more.

The institutes have been offering a very conducive enviornment and a pool of talented students from varied backgrounds & competencies for the regular placement drives conductes by many Govt. departments, non govt. organizations, private sector industries and MNC’s in the campus for the past many years.

The efforst of the placement cell and the placement potential of the students was realized by the reputed Time Search Group at India Education Awards 2013 held in Delhi, where Swami Vivekanand Group of Institutes was awarded “Best Engineering Institute with Excellent Industry Interface in Punjab”.

The citation was based on a report prepared by the Times Group and India News Channel where more than 500 engineering institutes vouched for the conferred title.
