Program Overview
This course has been designed for those aspirants who are interested in pursuing a career in teaching and other related fields. For teaching in high schools and higher primary schools, a B.Ed degree is a must in India. At present, the need for trained teachers is very high as a lot of schools are building day-by-day. To become a successful professional in the teaching field, one should have a minimum qualification in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). After completing B.Ed., you have a huge scope to get a job in private as well as government schools with a good salary package. The salary depends upon the post you are holding in the school. Interested candidates can also pursue higher studies in this field. Master of Education (M.Ed.) is the postgraduate higher specialized course that students can pursue after the completion of B.Ed. You can also do a Ph.D. after the completion of M.Ed.

Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must have pursued a Bachelor’s degree and/or a Master’s degree in Science/Humanities/Social Sciences/Commerce/Home Science/B.B.A/B.C.A/any equivalent degree. The candidate must have passed the qualifying degree examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for the reserved candidates).
