Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology is a 3-year program designed to impart experiential learning to students to develop the desired workforce to combat the ever-increasing demand for medical lab technicians in the healthcare sector. The program is designed with specific inputs from industry experts, based on the latest technologies available and in practice, for individuals interested in entering the field of clinical laboratory science. It covers all aspects of clinical lab analysis including analysis of body matter, Hematology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, Serology, and Blood Banking, etc. Students will also learn operations of advanced lab equipment used for providing various laboratory test reports. Diploma holders in medical lab technology would typically be recruited as medical lab technicians, technologists, lab information system analysts, healthcare administrators, and hospital outreach assistant coordinators.

Eligibility Criteria
- Admission to Diploma Level courses (except Diploma Course in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering) shall be made on the basis of merit of the subjects Math, Science, and English with overall status Pass in Matriculation examinations with a minimum of 45%, and for SC 40%
- A gap certificate is required if the student has any gap after the last qualification, along with Migration
